[Q&A] Xiaomi Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 firmware update?

Hi How to update firmware, the earphones have several sound bugs that seem to be fixed in the latest firmware. But mi ai app is not connecting to the earphones so I can not use that app. Extremely disappointed about that. I know how to update the firmware even though I do not understand Chinese in the app. But the app is not at all working om my mi 10 phone

Hi Mi friend please unpair your earphones from Bluetooth menu then install XiaoAi app after installation in phone setting there is XiaoAi menu like display or Wifi after you hit there is Bluetooth devices section until this step everything is English. then hit Bluetooth devices and open earphones box and you can see photo of earphones 2 and select it after a minute firmware update will be started

Thanks but done that several times, the headset is never recognized, and also reinstalled the app, but now I don’t even see the Bluetooth devices anymore.

Hi there, same here. TWS r connecting and working with the phone. But the is not recognizing the headphones. This issue is on android and iOS.
